Charles Robert St Clair Brown. LLB

Charles was a Barrister and Solicitor and former partner of Simpson Grierson Auckland specialising in corporate and commercial law. In 1986 he withdrew form that firm following the establishment of Growthlink Holdings Ltd and the purchase of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company of NZ Ltd. He is the chairman of the PSB Group and a number of private companies including Tyrannus Holdings Ltd.
